Disgusting hack: disable renewals by CSS (disabled checkbox) if the item is overdue

Easy to overcome if you're clever and somewhat dishonest, but this will probably
prevent 98% of our users from renewing overdue items.

Limit patrons by their fine totals, not the number of overdue items.

A limit of "1" meant that the fine totals in practice meant nothing.

Make the detailed skin work better in IE (although URIs are still coming only from the bib record).
Bring i18n to the detailed skin.

Extend the number of elements that are being displayed to be more appropriate for academic institutions.
Hide elements that contain no content.
Display URLs in a way that makes sense for our legacy practice (all link text went into subfield z instead of y),
although it should still be usable by institutions that do things the right way :)
Try to fix unAPI now that Zotero is parsing the post-JS DOM (having two unAPI entries for a single record is not good).

We circulate ILL books temporarily as part of the Conifer system by attaching their call number
and barcode to a set of generic bib records.

Over time, the mass of call numbers attached to those bib records gets too big to retrieve in
the staff client holdings maintenance dialogue.

This script prunes the call numbers that have successfully circulated and for which no
outstanding fines remain.
