   1 New Angular Staff Catalog Default

   3 The experimental Angular staff catalog has been promoted to operate as the
   4 default catalog in the browser staff client.  It will be used for all
   5 catalog entry points, except for the menu entries for the traditiaional
   6 catalog and any links within the traditional catalog.
