LP 1691856: Update README

Add
    PerlSetEnv DANCER_ENVIRONMENT "production"
to example Apache configuration to avoid a crash with newer OpenSRF
and Evergreen.  This change should not hurt with older OpenSRF or
Evergreen, either.
