LP1736967 Primary a CSS Styling Fix

Added a "link" color to src\templates\opac\parts\css\colors.tt2 matched
to the default dark green of the css_colors.primary, and set
the anchor color in templates\opac\css\style.css.tt2 on line 37 to use
css_colors.link.
