   3 To make the catalog more accessible to users with a range of disabilities,
   4 including blindness and low vision, the catalog has been revised to better
   5 comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These
   6 revisions target level "AA" of compliance.
