   1 Disable Autosuggest by Default

   3 As described in https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1187993, the
   4 community is aware of ongoing accessibility issues caused through use of
   5 the autosuggest feature of the Evergreen catalog. The decision has been
   6 made to disable autosuggest by default for new installations. Existing sites
   7 are cautioned to take note of this change and decide for themselves whether
   8 to discontinue use.

  10 It is possible to disable the autosuggest feature by setting the following
  11 global flag to false and restarting apache. Look in Admin -> Server
  12 Administration -> Global Flags -> OPAC: Show auto-completing suggestions
  13 dialog...
