Hide Disabled Fields

Disabling a field in the "Defaults" tab in the copy editor now hides the 
field instead of simply disabling it.

Working Items Moves Down

The "Working Items" grid now sits below the item attribute edit area, so the
attribute are allowed to fill the horizontal space.
