   7 * Go to Administration -> Workstation.
   8 * Use the dropdown menu to select an appropriate
   9 _Default Search Library_.  The default search library
  10 setting determines what library is searched from the
  11 advanced search screen and portal page by default.
  12 You can override this setting when you are actually
  13 searching by selecting a different library.
  14 One recommendation is to set the search library to the
  15 highest point you would normally want to search.
  16 * Use the dropdown menu to select an appropriate
  17 _Preferred Library_. The preferred library is used to
  18 show copies and electronic resource URIs regardless
  19 of the library searched. One recommendation is to set
  20 this to your home library so that local copies show up
  21 first in search results.

  23 _Advanced Search Default Pane_.  Advanced search has
  24 secondary panes for Numeric and MARC Expert searching.
