   4 Setting up volume/copy templates can save a lot of time when creating items, and they
   5 also improve consistency and accuracy.  Any time you find yourself creating multiple
   6 items with the same item-level data, you may wish to create a volume/copy template
   7 to automate that process.

   9 Creating a new volume/copy template

  12 * Open _Administration_ -> _Local Administration_ -> _Volume/Copy Templates_.
  13 * Select the desired template attributes by moving through the fields in the
  14 editor. The attributes you've changed will appear in green. If you want to
  15 start this process over, you can click the _Clear_ button in the top right
  16 corner of the screen.
  17 * Type a name for your template into the box labeled _Template_ at the top
  18 of the screen.

  24 Whenever you see the volume/copy editor, you can use data from your templates.

  26 * In the _Template_ menu, choose the template you wish to use.
