   4 use version 3 of the Stripe client library, as well as its
   5 Elements API for building the credit card form.  For
   6 technical reasons, this more easily lends a site to PCI

   9 On the staff side, the credit card option is disabled for
  10 Stripe, as that has not been implemented and in the past
  11 would just give an error.
