   3 The web staff interface now includes a patron editor/registration form
   4 that is written using AngularJS, leading to faster and more responsive
   5 patron editing.  This feature is currently available in preview mode, but
   6 supports the following actions:

   8   * adding and editing base patron records and addresses
   9   * setting statistical categories
  10   * editing secondary groups
  11   * cloning patron records
  12   * duplicate detection
  13   * surveys
