   1 New Reporting Source for Hold/Copy Ratios

   3 A new reporting source is added, "Hold/Copy Ratio per Bib
   4 and Pickup Library (and Descendants)", that, for each bib
   5 that has a hold request on it or any of its components,
   6 calculates the following:

   8  * active holds at each OU (including the OU's descendants)
   9  * holdable copies at each OU (and its descendants)
  10  * the ratio of the above two counts
  11  * counts and ratio across the entire consortium
  12
  13 This source differs from the "Hold/Copy Ratio per Bib
  14 and Pickup Library" source by including all descendants
  15 of the organization unit one is filtering on.

  17 One use case is allowing a multi-branch system within an
  18 Evergreen consortium that doesn't do full resource sharing
  19 to readily calculate whether additional copies should be
  20 purchased for that system.
