Remove all old virtual images

There are lots of old virtual images from unsupported versions still on the
web server. Per IRC discussion on 2013-07-18, these will now be removed to
avoid confusion and complications from using very old versions of Evergreen.

TODO: Find community support for creating and having more up-to-date VMs
for trial/testing purposes.

Code Museum - add 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 series

As per discussion on 2013-07-18 in IRC, we will now be adding all actively
maintained series of Evergreen to the code museum on an ongoing basis to
provide a more accurate portrayal of code releases over time.

New bot, new way of hiding lines from the logs

From ! to [off]. As we're touching this paragraph anyway, break up the
lines to roughly 80-character widths so that future changes will be
easier to see in git.

SFC to Conservancy

As noted in communication forwarded by Galen Charlton to the Evergreen Web
Team on February 28, 2013, change references for SFC to Conservancy. Also
drop "the" from beginning references to Conservancy. And add new Conservancy
logo to sfc.php.

Also, drop "the" from the footer entry for Conservancy.

IRC Logs - Change from htmlentities to htmlspecialchars

htmlentities() was doing a very poor job at rendering unicode characters
in our IRC log pages. Changing over to htmlspecialchars() and defining
"UTF-8" directly improves the rendering.

Add a .gitignore file

On the server hosting the Evergreen Website, there are a lot of links
and directories that are not tracked in git.  Ignore these to make it
easier to find changes made locally.
